1. About us 关于我们
These Terms govern your use of the NyxPeak｜黑山 app and websites (nyxpeak.com, pay.nyxpeak.com, dl.nyxpeak.com), operated by NOIR PEAK LIMITED (黑山有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR (Business Registration No. 81004431) ("NOIR PEAK", "we").
本条款适用于NyxPeak｜黑山 App 及网站，运营方为黑山有限公司（NOIR PEAK LIMITED，香港商业登记号 81004431）。
2. Eligibility 资格
The service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to register or make purchases.
本服务仅限成年人。注册或购买须年满18周岁（或你所在地的法定成年年龄）。
3. Service 服务内容
We provide original short-form drama series produced with AI tools, an AI-actor fan community, and related digital content and merchandise. Content is fictional; characters depicted are adults.
我们提供使用 AI 工具制作的原创短剧、AI 演员粉丝社区及相关数字内容和周边。内容均为虚构，所有角色均为成年人。
4. Purchases 购买
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) before checkout and include any fees we charge. Payments are processed securely by Airwallex; we do not store your card details. Digital purchases (membership, drama/episode unlocks, gifts) are delivered instantly to your account after successful payment. See our Pricing and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
所有价格在付款前以美元（USD）标示。支付由 Airwallex 安全处理，我们不保存你的银行卡信息。数字商品（会员、整剧/单集解锁、礼物）付款成功后即时到账。详见价格与退款与取消政策。
5. Membership 会员
Membership is sold as a fixed period (30 days or 365 days) for a one-time payment. It does not auto-renew; you will not be charged again unless you buy again. Benefits apply until the expiry date shown in your account; members-only groups are left automatically on expiry.
会员按固定期限（30天或365天）一次性购买，不会自动续费，除非你再次购买否则不会再扣款。权益在账户显示的到期日前有效，到期后自动退出会员专属群。
6. Physical merchandise 实体周边
Merchandise orders ship to the address you provide; shipping time and fee are shown before payment.
实体周边寄往你提供的地址，运费及时效在付款前显示。
7. Your conduct 用户行为
You must not post illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or infringing content, harass others, or redistribute our content. Creators may remove comments and danmaku on their own works. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
禁止发布违法、色情露骨、仇恨或侵权内容，禁止骚扰他人或转载传播本平台内容。创作者可删除其作品下的评论和弹幕。违反本条款的账户可能被暂停。
8. Intellectual property 知识产权
All dramas, characters, images and trademarks are owned by NOIR PEAK LIMITED or its licensors.
所有剧集、角色、图片及商标归黑山有限公司或其授权方所有。
9. Liability 责任限制
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
本服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许范围内，我们的总责任以你在索赔前12个月内支付给我们的金额为限。
10. Governing law 适用法律
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hong Kong.
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖，争议由香港法院处理。
