Who we are 我们是谁

NOIR PEAK LIMITED (黑山有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR (Business Registration No. 81004431) ("NOIR PEAK", "we") is the data controller for the NyxPeak｜黑山 app and websites. We comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

黑山有限公司为本 App 及网站的数据控制者，遵守香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》（第486章）。

What we collect 收集的信息

Account data (username, password hash, age confirmation, optional email); usage data (watch history, likes, comments, chat messages); purchase records (order ID, item, amount, status); device and log data (IP address, app version). Card details are collected and processed by Airwallex, not by us.

账户信息（用户名、加密密码、年龄确认、可选邮箱）；使用数据（观看记录、点赞、评论、聊天）；购买记录（订单号、商品、金额、状态）；设备与日志（IP、App版本）。银行卡信息由 Airwallex 收集处理，我们不接触。

How we use it 使用目的

To provide and secure the service, deliver purchases, show recommendations, translate chat, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

用于提供和保护服务、交付购买内容、推荐、聊天翻译、防欺诈及履行法律义务。我们不出售个人信息。

Sharing 共享

With service providers only: Airwallex (payments), Cloudflare and Bunny.net (hosting/CDN, translation), advertising partners (e.g. Google AdMob, AppLovin) for ad display, and authorities where required by law.

仅与服务商共享：Airwallex（支付）、Cloudflare 和 Bunny.net（托管/CDN、翻译）、广告合作方（如 Google AdMob、AppLovin），以及法律要求时的主管机关。

Retention & your rights 保存与权利

We keep data while your account is active and as required for accounting law. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].

Children 未成年人

The service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
